A rewards-token ecosystem for the eye-care industry. Partner clinics earn commissions for referrals, users buy and sell the token through a real fiat on-ramp (AlchemyPay), and a marketplace and match-based game keep people coming back. I owned the backend API integration and the system design end to end.
